I’m thrilled to share
a morning work resource that has completely changed my mornings in the classroom! Instead of students asking to go on their devices or sitting idly, we now have a structured routine that sets the tone for the day. This simple schedule has created a calmer, more focused classroom—and even allows me to sit back and enjoy my coffee (and possibly even get some of my own work done!)
Here’s how it works:
📏 Math Monday – Students tackle fun and themed color by number sheets that test their skills in either addition, subtraction, or multiplication.
⌨️ Typing Tuesday – A structured way to improve typing fluency and also share anything that they would like with me!
📖 Wordy Wednesday – Students complete a themed word search
🎨 Thinking Creatively Thursday – Activities that spark creativity where students complete the given image (without making it what the image is) and then write about their creation.
⭐ Free Choice Friday – Students have the choice to sit freely around the room, build, play, color,.. anything that their heart desires! (Well, almost anything!)

This resource has every page for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.. that's right, over 150 pages of goodness. I planned out the entire year for you, made each page go with the time of year (IE- basketball for March Madness, Thanksgiving towards the end of November, and so on) and even labeled each page accordingly.
